About Us

The Delafield Arts Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charitable organization dedicated to developing a vibrant arts community in the city of Delafield, Wisconsin. We are a proud member of the Delafield Chamber of Commerce, and our current initiative is to design, develop, and deliver a performance stage at Liberty Park.

Our Mission

It is the mission of the Delafield Arts Foundation, Inc. to promote the arts by raising funds from the general public which will be used to finance endeavors like building an amphitheater at Liberty Park and other art programs – that may be sponsored by the City of Delafield, a municipal corporation – including, but not limited to, a public theater; arts and music festivals; outreach programs; or art exhibits. This corporation shall not, except in an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the purposes described in the Articles of Incorporation or not authorized by Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

In Memory of Jeff Martin

Jeffrey Robert Martin passed away at his home on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the age of 66, after a defiant and courageous, years-long battle with cancer.  Jeff married the love of his life, Mary, on a balmy August day in 1975, and they spent the next 44 years making a home in Delafield. Jeff’s greatest and most-treasured role undoubtedly was that of “Poppie” to his three grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy and pride. Jeff will be remembered for his calm demeanor, cherubic smile and trademark red hair.

Memorials were suggested in Jeff’s honor to Delafield Arts Foundation for The Stage at Liberty Park.  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, every amount of support, volunteering, and donation we receive is a blessing. Those who contribute to the foundation will directly experience results, positivity, tax deductions, and a thriving arts and entertainment sector within the Delafield community.

On behalf of the entire Delafield Arts Foundation Board we sincerely thank the Martin family for this most thoughtful gesture. Jeff will be remembered.

Meet the Team

Brian Faracy

President

Brian’s contributions helped to spearhead and enact the establishment of the Delafield Arts Foundation. Having also led the charge to establish the Summer Stage inside Lapham Peak State Park, Brian’s experience is tried and true. He has spent his career in the financial industry and currently serves as a Financial Advisor to Ameriprise Financial in Brookfield, Wisconsin. His love of theater is what has led him to focus his efforts toward building The Stage at Liberty Park as the Delafield Arts Foundation’s first major initiative.

James Reiher

Vice President

James plays a crucial role in the establishment of The Stage at Liberty Park. With over thirty-five years of legal experience, his practice is divided between mediation, civil litigation, criminal defense, employment law, contracts and ethics issues. Serving at the federal and state level, Jim’s legal acumen is a tremendous benefit to the Delafield Arts Foundation. His love of community – which includes leadership in cleaning up the Bark River in Delafield – and sense of vision for the city continues to promote change for the better.
